The ring gear automatic shrink-fitting device uses induction heating through high frequency to heat the ring gear and press it into the flywheel. An IH power supply of 5-7 kW: 35 kHz is used for heating. It is possible to set about 30 ring gears in the stocker, and the operator can set the flywheel in the designated position for automatic start. The device automatically takes the ring gear from the stocker, performs front and back judgment if necessary, heats it to the shrink-fitting temperature, and automatically presses it into the flywheel.
